B5 - Advanced Practice Management
This IFTCC Learning Competency will touch on the following aspects:
Workshops, seminars, and presentations at the intermediate level will focus on preparing clinicians as they start or expand a practice with actionable steps. Participants will explore more in depth the essential components of practice start-up planning including money management, billing, office procedures, social media, advertising and marketing, human resources issues, and management beyond the practice of clinical supervision.
